LOYALTY PROGRAM
Every Visit Brings You Closer to Your Next Escape
For every dollar you spend at Siam Senses, you will receive 7% loyalty credit automatically added to your account.
Example
- Spend $100 on services
- Receive $7 loyalty credit
Your loyalty credit accumulates automatically and may be used toward future treatments across our locations.
Please note:
- Decimal amounts will be rounded to the nearest appropriate value
- Services purchased under special promotional pricing accrue 50% of the standard loyalty credit
Enjoy a Little Extra on Your Next Visit
Once your account reaches $10 loyalty credit, you may begin redeeming it toward your next visit.
Redemption guidelines
- Minimum redemption: $10
- Maximum redemption: $20 per guest, per visit, per day
- Loyalty credit is redeemable in $10 increments only and cannot be redeemed in single-dollar amounts
- Loyalty credit may be redeemed on full-priced services of 60 minutes or longer only
- Loyalty credit is redeemable Monday to Friday only, excluding Public Holidays
This redemption structure is fixed within our system and cannot be overridden by our reception team.
Designed for Our Returning Guests
Loyalty credit remains valid for 3 months from the date it is earned.
Credits expire progressively, which means each credit amount carries its own individual expiry date based on when it was received.
Example
- Credit earned on 1 January 2026 will expire on 1 April 2026
- Credit earned on 15 March 2026 will expire on 15 June 2026
This means newer loyalty credit does not extend the expiry date of earlier credit already in your account.
When Visiting with Friends or Partners
If you are visiting with a friend or partner, loyalty credit may be consolidated into one account. To do so, the appointment must be invoiced under the same account holder.
If payment is being made separately, please let our reception team know before finalising payment so the invoice can be assigned to your preferred account.
Loyalty credit cannot be backdated or transferred retrospectively once a transaction has been finalised.
To ensure your loyalty credit is recorded correctly, please make sure your details are up to date, including:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Mobile number
These details may be used to verify your identity and protect the accuracy of your account.
